Industry News Open-Xchange Joins with NameCheap to Offer Free Webmail
Adds more than 1 million domains to Open-Xchange e-mail and collaboration software

Open-Xchange has announced a deal with NameCheap, a provider of domain name registration and web hosting, to bring free webmail to NameCheap's customers, which include more than 1 million domains. Open-Xchange software integrates e-mail, calendaring, contacts and task management with advanced groupware features such as information management and document sharing. Productivity is enhanced through teamwork features, like team view, single-password document sharing, and shared calendars, contacts, tasks and documents. "NameCheap customers will enjoy the modern webmail appearance and function," said Frank Hoberg, founder and executive vice president of "We are delivering extra value to our NameCheap users by adding Open-Xchange´s world-class webmail to our existing services at no additional cost," said Richard Kirkendall, CEO, NameCheap.
